When can I play?
You can play whenever you want. Whether this is right away, tomorrow, next week or a month from now... the choice is yours! Your game code is valid for 1 year.
We strongly recommend playing in daylight. Augmented Reality simply works better when there is sufficient light. So, keep in mind the maximum game time we specify for each edition. It is best to start between 9am and 5pm.
(Between 11pm and 7am it isn't possible to play T-WOW. We retain this period to perform system updates.)
What if my smartphone breaks down?
It's best to go into battle with a full battery! You need at least 60% battery to start the game. With recent phones, your battery will definitely last for the duration of the game. One power bank per team can be useful to avoid unexpected device failure. We wouldn't want you to get lost!
How much data will i consume while playing?
During T-WOW, you will consume around 60Mb of data per device. To download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you consume about 100Mb. If you want to save on your mobile data usage, it's best to download the app in advance over a Wi-Fi network.
